Pet Reel Studio ("we", "us") provides an AI pet movie poster app for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we process

• Pet photos you upload — Used only to generate your poster. Images are sent to our server and then to Replicate (AI inference provider) for processing. We do not use your photos to train AI models.
• Optional pet name — If you enter a name, it may be included in the AI prompt for on-poster text.
• Device identifier — A random ID stored in your device Keychain to enforce free/pro usage limits. It is not your Apple ID, email, or advertising ID.
• Usage quotas — We store quota counters (e.g. generations remaining today) linked to your device identifier in Cloudflare KV. We do not store your photos there.
• On-device history — Posters you save in the History tab are stored locally on your device unless you delete them.

What we do not collect

• No account registration or password in the current version
• No precise location
• No contact list or unrelated photo library access beyond photos you explicitly select

Third-party services

• Replicate — Processes pet images to generate posters (Privacy Policy).
• Cloudflare Workers — Hosts our API and these legal pages.
• Apple App Store / StoreKit — Handles subscriptions and payments when you purchase Studio Pass. Apple’s privacy policy applies to payment data.

Retention

Uploaded images are processed transiently for generation and are not retained on our servers after the request completes. Quota records may persist until reset by our usage rules. AI output URLs are hosted by Replicate for a limited time; save posters you want to keep to your photo library.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International users

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
