Subscriptions & billing

Studio Pass is billed through Apple. To manage or cancel:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your name → Subscriptions
3. Select Pet Reel Studio / Studio Pass

For refunds, contact Apple Support.

Common issues

• Generation failed — Try a clearer, well-lit pet photo; check your network; wait a minute and retry.
• Daily limit reached — Free users get limited daily generations; upgrade to Studio Pass or try again tomorrow.
• Save to Photos — Allow photo library access when prompted in iOS Settings.
